Kitchen was well furnished good view—too bad that shuttle doesn’t come by more often. The vacuum did not work

Came here with 7 friends and the service was exceptional. Someone was always available in the office, and they were always checking in to see if there was anything more they could do. The concierge was able to answer all of my questions, and help book some of the best experiences of my life. From dinner reservations to booking a private heliskiing tour, they had an answer!

I booked Latigo in Big Sky with Natural Retreats last minute (3 days before arrival) due to the home I had previously rented through another company being double booked. Ughh… My reservation with NR was immediately confirmed. I called the number just to verify and they had already prepared for my arrival. Amazing. The house is fantastic and is one of the few, true ski in/ski outs available for rent in Big Sky. Exceptional home, exceptional service. Book it!

We had another great trip to Park City. Silver Star has long been our go to place to stay and it again didn't disappoint. Though we were not pleased to see that Vail decided to close the chairlift at Silver Star, the staff bent over backward to get everyone to their desired ski location. Our unit was great as well. I was a bit concerned that the construction across Three Kings would be a nuisance but we barely knew that it was there. As I mentioned, we have rented at Silver Star many times before and I have noticed that the units that are managed by Natural Retreats tend to be the highest quality. They also provide tremendous support. It goes without saying that we are already looking forward to our next trip to Silver Star.

Within 20 mins of entering the cabin we were faced with not using the bedroom on the main floor due to it flooding from the rain. Water was pouring through the ceiling so one of the promised (paid for rooms) was unusable until it stopped raining. The walls were water damaged on most of the floors and noticeable even mold looking. This was not a new issue. When we called the office I was told that's part of the cabin experience. Next we noticed the fireplace on the main floor under the underwhelming and under sized tv has been non functional since 9/1/21, this was prior to our booking but no notification was given to this. Next the TV remote did not work for the underwhelming TV so all week we had to stand on something to make it function. Next after 2 hours of being there we noticed the fridge was not working properly as a matter of fact blowing warm air. Maintenance came to the cabin and said the settings on the fridge were wrong and he adjusted them and said it should be fine. So the next morning when our $70 worth of food was spoiled due to warm air in the fridge we called again and at some point that day a loaner fridge was dropped off at the cabin. But prior to that the night before rodents were witnessed running through the kitchen on several occasions and droppings were noticed under the stove. All of this was reported by phone and email. 3 emails were sent, to this moment none have been responded to. What stunk is we were debating leaving the cabin to go to a hotel room. Can you imagine? This was not very cheap averaging almost $400 a night. We would have definitely not booked this if these issues were known and losing almost $100 in food on top. In addition 2 of the bedrooms had very small TV's for the room size. All 3 were small but 2 were almost iPad sized. Very bare bones. The only reason I did 2 stars instead of one was the location and the cabin was nice just had a lot of problems. In addition to the response. No one ever asked us if we wanted reimbursed for the lost food and it was a large leak making the room unusable the first 2 days we placed 3 buckets to catch the water which filled there is water damage all up and down the walls on several floors which tells me this has been an issue before. We have pictures and videos of the so called minor leak. I can share the water damaged wall pictures too if requested. This is the 1st response we have gotten other than when I called with the issues. I should have looked at BBB before booking.

Booked a cabin at Brothers Cove for a short business trip. Had a great time. Very relaxing and comfortable cabin with amazing views actually made work fun! Cabin had cute little touches and was very clean. Extremely spacious and comfortable layout. Resort staff were amazing and very helpful. I have stayed at many resorts in the Smokey Mountain area and hands-down Brothers Cove resort is my favorite ! I would highly recommend!!

Indian Sunsets was a terrific home located on the Gulf and we could even walk to the Raw Bar to get fresh Oysters. The bedrooms were well appointed, with comfortable beds, and nice linens. Bathrooms totally updated. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed, including a Keurig type coffee maker and a traditional one. The home has a gas stove, and even had a mixer so we could make whipped cream for the desserts we prepared. An elevator helped bring all of our supplies, without having to use the stairs. The outside shower even had hot water and the hot tub felt great after our 5 hour walk on St. Vincent's Island. Only complaint is that one bedroom had a double bed, so that was a tad uncomfortable for two people. It is an adorable iron bed, but we hope they will change that before we return, (which we plan to do)

Most wonderful honeymoon ever! Cabins were amazing! Weather was perfect! Definitely will return!!!
