Thank you Natural Retreats for steering my family into the best ski accommodations we have ever had. The upscale condo and its beyond belief location on a gorgeous balcony looking over the pool, and with nothing but a gate to go through to be right on the run to Chair 15. People were happy, the convenience of the entire facility was to us just breathtaking. Been skiing 53 years and Sunstone was hands-down the best place I have ever stayed. Thank you!

Natural Retreats provided excellent customer service before and during my stay. They answered all calls and emails prior to my stay within 24 hours or less and were always helpful. During my stay the great service continued. The staff was helpful and friendly. The shuttle drivers were all friendly and there was almost no waiting. The app for the shuttle was always accurate. So thankful for such consistent service!

This was our first time reserving through Natural Retreats and staying in Cape San Blas. Everything from reserving our unit, to checking in and out went very smoothly. The house was very clean and well kept. We loved the peace and quite staying by the bay. A person can walk for hundreds of yards in ankle to knee deep water on a sandy bottom. The bay is full of wild life, we seen stingrays, hermit crabs and small conk shells. Natural Retreats set us up with kayak rentals and information on where to fish. If you like peace and quite and a relaxing vacation I highly recommend Natural Retreats and Sweet Nancy’s Bay House!!

This was our 3rd stay at a Natural Retreats cabin. It was the nicest cabin yet. The staff communicates well and often and makes the stay enjoyable.

Our stay in RELAX in December was very relaxing! The beach views and sunsets were gorgeous! Just a quick little walk on the the beach access walkover and we were on the beach. The Natural Retreats team was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We rented some bikes and enjoyed bike rides down to the state park and to the ice cream shop. The convenience of the washer and dryer in the unit was helpful and a nice addition. Take the drive over to St. George Island. Well worth it to visit the light house and do some Geocaching all around that area and Cap San Blas. Thank you for providing a quick little get away for our family!

Folks at Brothers Cove were great! Weather being what it was with the snow and cold they got us in the cabin earlier than checkin time! Had delivered our firewood and had the heat going! Oven wasn’t working, called them they came and had it going in no time! This was our 12th year in a row at Brothers Cove, same cabin 7 years straight!! We’ll be back next spring break if not sooner!!!

We booked with Natural Retreats for a family ski trip (ages 9 month - 83 years of age) and had a blast! Their attention to detail was incredible. They were timely in their responses to questions/issues. The house was beautiful and well kept. One of the concierges came out to make sure the house was ok and was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend using them again!!
