Working with Natural Retreats for the first time was an excellent experience. We have rented homes in Palm Springs for many years, but the concierge service and first-rate communication from Natural Retreats was above and beyond how we were ever treated before. The catalog of homes they work with is also superior to any previous options. We cannot wait to return and stay longer. Thank you.

The team at Natural Retreats were a pleasure to deal with. They answered any questions we had promptly and helpfully, the check-in and check-out process was a breeze, and they were super attentive to our needs whilst we stayed at the house. Would use again for sure.

Great experience and stay in Big Sky! I highly recommend using Natural Retreats as well, their reps were very personable!

This cozy and clean condo is just a short walk to the slopes or the village. Great location. There was plenty of room to relax in the evening and make dinner. The snow covered gondola passed right by the living room window. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Terrible customer service. I had to cancel a trip due to the unprecedented weather in California. This company refused to refund me for certain fees associated with this booking including the cleaning fees, fees to heat the pool and a mandatory damage waiver fee. How is this not stealing? I will not be using the property but I’m still being charged to clean it? They won’t be cleaning it if we are not there? This makes no sense and is an absolutely appalling business practice.

The convenience and sheer beauty of the location provides a marvelous first impression, particularly when skiing with two kids under 10! We love the location right off Deer Valley's silver strike lift which seems to be a lovely path less traveled with easy access to less populated parts of the ski resort. The amenities and special touches are also top notch, from Jesse, our ski valet to the hot cocoa, coffee and fresh-baked cookies available on the 2nd floor lounge. Pro tip: The outdoor hot tub cannot be beat!

The entire experience was an absolute pleasure. I am not experienced with renting homes, and Natural retreats made the entire trip very easy and enjoyable. Everything was delivered as expected, on time and I was offered help with anything you could think of with round the clock management.

This property is amazing. Here’s why….The location is great. The kitchen is well stocked. The jacuzzi is a great bonus. The bedrooms are very private. I had a few questions and was able to get immediate answers. I highly recommend staying here.
