I ordered something ONE time. I was notified month later they were shipping that product again on recurring auto pay. I DID NOT order again or put on repeat! When I called to inform of and make sure recurring order was canceled it wasn't. They also charged me 84.00 for a 24.00 product! Will be going to bank to report fraudulent charge. They won't respond to e mails.

Charging me for orders I did’t make or want.
I made an order and received it on time and at a reasonable price. Then out of the blue they sent a repeat order that I did not want and did not order. After complaining they shipped it to me anyway and billed my credit card. I have cancelled my credit card. Don’t trust this business.

Never signed up for subscription
Never signed up for subscription. They sent and charged me for an order and only have AI contact me saying a human will get in touch and that never happened. Receive a second order and same thing. Reporting them to the better business bureau.

Item arrived broken, leaking, worthless ... No response
Two weeks ago I received a package that was supposed to contain an expensive liquid vitamin supplement. The bottle was broken, liquid was all leaked into the packing material. I immediately sent a picture and description of the problem. An AI agent responded, but since then I've gotten no response to a number of inquiries.

Good Products, Impossible to Reach a Human
I have spent thousands of dollars with Natural Healthy Concepts over the past couple of years and have generally been happy with their products. Unfortunately, my recent experience with their customer service and autoship program has been deeply frustrating.
In late May 2026, I decided to simplify my supplement regimen and began canceling approximately 15 different autoship subscriptions. These subscriptions had different renewal dates and were intentionally staggered throughout the year.
As I went through the cancellation process for each individual subscription, I was presented with the same retention offer: keep the subscription active and receive 20% off the next autoship order. Because this offer appeared separately for each subscription I attempted to cancel, I understood it to mean that the next shipment of each of those subscriptions would receive the discount.
The first order after that, confirmed on May 31, 2026, appeared to receive the 20% discount. When I later reviewed an upcoming autoship order, the website appeared to show only the standard autoship discount. Confused, I contacted customer service to understand how the offer actually worked.
I received a response from an AI agent explaining that the discount only applied once across the entire account. Because that was not how the offer had been presented to me, I requested review by a human representative.
On June 8, I was told my case would be escalated to a human reviewer.
No human ever contacted me.
I followed up again and was again told that my case would be reviewed by a human.
No human ever contacted me.
While waiting for a response, another autoship order processed and received approximately a 20% discount, which appeared to contradict the explanation I had been given by the AI agent. This only increased the confusion and made it even more important that someone actually review the situation and explain what was happening.
What ultimately bothered me most was not the discount itself.
At some point, someone at NHC clearly took action on my account. The discounts were adjusted, and eventually all of my autoship subscriptions were canceled. Yet despite multiple requests for human review, nobody ever actually spoke with me, answered my questions, or explained what decisions were being made.
Someone had enough access and authority to make changes to my account, but apparently not enough time to send a response explaining those changes.
The cancellation itself created additional work for me. I had intentionally staggered renewal dates across numerous supplements and was in the process of deciding which subscriptions to keep and which to cancel. Had I completed those cancellations myself, I would have documented the timing and schedule for each product. Instead, after being encouraged to keep the subscriptions active through the retention offers, they were later canceled without discussion, leaving me to reconstruct the entire schedule from scratch.
What I wanted was simple: a human being to review the situation, answer my questions, and allow me to make an informed decision.
That never happened.
NHC sells excellent products, but this experience left me feeling like the company was willing to make decisions about my account without being willing to have an actual conversation with a longtime customer. For a company that has received thousands of dollars of business from me, that felt surprisingly disrespectful.

Customer service experience
Horrible company. I ordered a refrigerated product. When you place the order normally, they force 2-day shipping and place in an insulated bag, ensuring it's good when it gets to you. When you place a subscription order, they force USPS (week-long) shipping and do *not* use an insulated bag - resulting in spoiled product. They refused to refund, saying it's still good warm for two weeks. First of all, where's your proof - second, if it's so good, why won't you take it back? Had to deal with an AI chatbot before needing to call customer support anyway. Additionally - they shipped two subscription items I previously tried to cancel, then made me pay for shipping to return the product. I'll never shop with them again.
Update: I received quick resolution from their customer service leadership team after this review. It's possible that I caught the wrong rep on the wrong day. I wish it hadn't come to this escalation, but I really appreciate their efforts to make things right in the end.
