Strange Customer Support Experience
This company has the strangest customer support I’ve ever encountered. Their replies are extremely brief—usually just a single sentence—with no greeting, closing, or the usual courtesy like “let us know if you need anything else.” It felt cold and unhelpful. More frustratingly, they did not honor a coupon code that I entered and was accepted at checkout. Rather than notifying me of any issue, they simply charged me the full amount without my knowledge or approval. I did not agree to pay that price, and had I known the code wouldn’t be honored, I wouldn’t have placed the order. The one positive is that shipping was very fast, so at least fulfillment is efficient. But overall, the poor communication and questionable billing practice left a bad impression.
