SAVE THE B A N A N A S.
Seller should be responsible for prompt delivery--not buyer.
I haven’t tried the product yet, though I expect it to be of good quality. The shipment arrived two weeks late. It finally showed up today. When I contacted the company earlier to ask about the delivery date, their response suggested that I should contact my local post office to track down the package, which at the time appeared to have wandered into USPS purgatory. Their response: “The delivery date was changed by the post office, but they do not indicate a reason why. We would suggest you get in contact with your local post office for further information regarding the whereabouts of your package.” Ensuring that a shipment reaches the customer is the seller’s responsibility—not the customer’s. Asking the buyer to track down a delayed package isn’t good customer service. Disappointed.
