When I placed my order I noticed the address was an old one, so I immediately sent them an email correcting it. They sent it to the wrong address anyway. When I asked them to send it to my correct address, they said they couldn't do that and told me to contact the post office. I finally went to my old address and the package was not there. Horrible customer service.

SCAM!!! They don't deserve even one star. We bought the salmon. It's nothing like the TV ads depict. The tins are full of black skin, fat, and oil. It stinks too! We spent a month trying to get our money back. If you open a tin they charge for it, plus you have to pay to ship it back. IT'S A SCAM!!!! It's absolutely gross!! I wouldn't eat if it was free. Thankfully we purchased it through PayPal.

I ordered 12 cans of the albacore in water from a FB promotion. I am struggling to eat it because it is very dry, even when mixed with mayo in a tuna salad for a sandwich. I will be donating the remaining 8 cans to a food pantry. Cannot recommend the albacore in water. Maybe the oil based is better. I sent the company an email letting them know of my disappointment and the offered a 15% discount on next purchase. Not interested.

My favorite tuna brand. It tastes fresh and good, and not dry at all. It’s easy to use for quick meals. I’m a nurse, so I like how practical and quick it is for me when I’m tired after a 16h shift. My favorite is the spicy tuna. It has a nice little kick but it’s not too spicy. Shipping is great too, It comes fast and everything is in good condition. I would definitely buy this again.

I absolutely love Natural Catch products, every flavor I’ve tried has been simple, clean, and delicious. They’ve become my go-to lunch during busy work weeks because they’re quick, satisfying, and high quality. Even my kids enjoy them, which says a lot! Ok so, I usually don’t eat canned tuna, but since I tried natural catch, I made it part of the weekly menu, a salad, a snack or just by itself. Great product and now I always have some cans at home.
