I ordered 12 cans of the albacore in water from a FB promotion. I am struggling to eat it because it is very dry, even when mixed with mayo in a tuna salad for a sandwich. I will be donating the remaining 8 cans to a food pantry. Cannot recommend the albacore in water. Maybe the oil based is better. I sent the company an email letting them know of my disappointment and the offered a 15% discount on next purchase. Not interested.

I ordered tuna. They incorrectly put the shipping address as the ordering address. I contacted them within 2 hours of the order. They got back to me the next day asking for clarification. The package was not shipped yet. After that was completed I got an email stating it had been shipped but to the wrong address despite my clarification. The response was" that is where you wanted it shipped"

Ordered yellow fin in oil. Drain the oil off but...The oil taste over powers the tuna. It is not a pleasant taste at all.Cheap tasting oil too. Even the cats will not touch it. Very disappointed. Will not purchase again.

It took almost 5 weeks to get my order. After the third week, I emailed to see what was taking so long. They replied stating the yellowfin in olive oil was on back order and offered a refund but stated in would be in at the beginning of the next week and would ship. I decided to wait. The following Monday I received a tracking number. It was just the creation of a tracking number. My order didn't ship until 9 days later after the tracking number was created. As far as the yellowfin tuna, it's not as they describe. They claim "Our Tuna looks different from other brands and that's because we take the time to properly slice our Tuna in a Filet style." Not quite. It has a thin layer of filet on the top and the rest is chunk light tuna. So, it's a quarter of the can being filet and three quarters being chunk light. I normally buy Genova, Bumble Bee or Starkist solid yellowfin tuna and those 3 contain a solid piece of filet. The Natural Catch tuna tastes good, but it's no better than the three I mentioned. I won't purchase it again.
