They do a really good job of describing rugs on the website. They were as expected. Color, texture were right on and shipped quickly.

Disapointed regarding return
Product quality was fine but customer service regarding a possible return, not so good. It wasn’t obvious that order was “ Custom” and non returnable.
Response from Natural Area RugsOct 11, 2018

However, it is clearly stated in our return policy that all custom orders are non-returnable. We value constructive criticism and we will put to mind your review so we can better serve our customers. Seagrass treads
The treads are well made, they smell like sea grass, the color is the same in the picture and they work like a loofa when walking barefoot. I’m very pleased.

Happy customer. I had one extra stair in my new house than what the store set sold. I was able to find an exact match here. Next time I will just buy directly from here.
