Stair Treads- buyer beware
I ordered stair treads that came in a set of 13. The color of the sisal did not look like it did online whenit arrived so I called customer service to have the treads returned and exchanged for a set in a different color. The company states they offer free returns but that is very misleading. They told me I was responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. So I went to the UPS store with the item in its original packaging where I was told it would be 39$ to ship it back. I couldn’t believe it. So I called customer service back and they said they would be happy to give me 20$ if I just kept the product I wasn’t happy with. So now I have stair treads I don’t like and still no treads on my stairs now. I am very unhappy and will not be shopping with this company again. Which is a shame because they were recommended to me by my sister and my mom. But because they couldn’t absorb the cost of a return shipping fee, I will not be recommending them to anyone.

Needless to say we still reached out to you and made an exception in offering you a refund of 20% off your product even though the time window had passed. I received my rug yesterday
I received my rug yesterday. There was a little shipping damage which was not your fault. The rug was wrapped very well but during shipping I suppose, both wrapping were torn thru and the rug was damp. The rug was damaged in about a 5 inch area. As other reviews, the rug had a natural grass smell which is to be expected, but within a short time it had improved greatly. Also within 2 hours after placing the rug on floor the wrinkles had disappeared. I would recommend this rug to others but beware the shipping takes more than 2 to 3 days. So if in a hurry you may want to pay extra and expedite. I will order again from this company.
