Absolutely love my seagrass rug. I was very picky and doing everything online. DId a number a samples and needed a few clarifying questions. they were extremely helpful both by phone and email. If I had one quibble, it was that merely increasing the width of the border (thereby technically making it 'custom') did increase the total cost quite a bit, even though was otherwise a stand rug in a standard size. Loved the option to do custom shapes. Highly recommended from a very picky customer.

Their rugs are very stylish, elegant looking and durable. I purchased a Jute and Sisal rugs which looked really great in my living and dining room. Everybody compliments the rugs. I am planning on buying more for my mom and my sister. Buying these was one of the easiest decision I have made since their knowledgeable customer service helped me a lot. Will surely recommend this company to everybody i know.

Customer service is excellent! They called me to set up a delivery date and the rug was delivered on time and in excellent condition. The seagrass rug is beautiful, it was a custom order, and I love it! I plan on purchasing two more in the future-for my dinning room and library. The seagrass is a classic that blends with every style and looks fabulous!

I love the fact that you carry natural rugs for my family that I don't have to worry about, but, the wool rug we purchased has been a nightmare for me. There is wool all over my house in every corner for over 3 years now and I suspect it will just keep happening until we have no rug anymore. It has completely ruined the cleanliness of my home and I can't vacuum more than 1 tijme without emptying a ton of wool from my canister. The jute rug we purchased is pretty but no where near as soft and plush to lay on, making it a bad choice for a children's area. I don't want toxic chemicals in my home but I wish I didn't have to choose between something that feels good but causes a total mess and something that isn't messy but feels so rough and hard.

I ordered a second set of “Montreal “ stair treads but unfortunately they were not the same colour as the previous set.

I ordered 3 custom size rugs. They arrived surprising quick. The sizes were correct. The quality of the natural material is good. Surprisingly fairly soft. Sometimes these natural fiber rugs are very scratchy or tough on feet. The wide binding looks great and sewing is good.

Beautiful rug, excellent quality and price. My friends and family seem to love it as much as we do. Service was great, fast shipping. What more could you ask for.
