I’ve been following Natty since probably 2017 or 2018, either way it’s been a while, lol. I’ve ordered pin from her in the past & never had any issues. Any interaction I’ve had with her online has been GREAT! I finally got to meet her in person at Anime NYC in 2019. Our interaction was heart warming then we took a picture (which I still have on my phone till this day!). I told her I was going to buy her “Hello My Husbando Is” pin & without hesitation she gave it me! I was in awe..couldn’t thank her enough & we hugged again! Those type of moments I cherish & reminds me that not all people suck.

I bought a backpack, a cute coffin purse and a lanyard from NattyCat a couple of years back and I could not be happier with the quality of these items. They’ve lasted me years and travelled everywhere with me every day. So much thought has gone into the design of the everyday backpack, I love how many compartments there are, it’s like a Mary Poppins bag because it looks small but fits so much in easily! I’ve just bought another one of their limited edition coloured backpacks and I’m eagerly awaiting it to arrive! Always WELL worth the wait to be shipped all the way to the UK here. If you wish to support a small business, this one is an absolute cracker. I tell everyone about NattyCat and I'll definitely buying from them again in the future.

Natty Cat has the most adorable merch ever. She has stickers, enamel pins, lanyards and so much more -- and everything is super affordable. It's clear that she cares a lot about the products that she makes; she puts a lot of love into her work. I have had nothing but great experiences with ordering from her shop. She's incredibly responsive to customer inquiries, and she works super hard to make sure that everything is taken care of. One of my orders was delayed, and I reached out via email to see if she had any updates. (Small businesses often pre-print their mailing labels, so I was fine waiting if my package just hadn't made it to the post office yet. I just wanted to check!) She got back to me within 24 hours and offered to coordinate with USPS to find it. It turns out my package just hadn't been scanned properly, but it showed up in my mailbox about a day later. It sucks that small businesses often bear the brunt of USPS shenanigans, but I really appreciate how seriously she took my concerns.

NattyCat is one of my favorite small businesses. Keyword: small. This gal runs her shop with pride. Shes beyond humble and always replies to emails. I had forgotten to add a front panel to my Kickstarter for the mini every day bags, and reached out to see if I could add it. She replied within three days (AND APOLOGIZED FOR TAKING SO LONG???) and asked for my backer # so she could get it added for me. Within 12 hours I knew it was coming with my bag. When you buy small, you have to understand that you're purchasing from a small business - often times one person. This business doesn't have a call center. It has one humble woman who does everything for her customers, while still having a whole life and responsibilities to take care of. TL;DR: NattyCat is amazing buy her cute pink stuff and you'll never be disappointed. You just have to have some patience! 💕🩷

Currently waiting on a package due to business moving buildings which would therefore make it a little slower. Gives me time to check out items. I ordered several pins, lanyard and a fun little wallet for a convention and love it. Cant wait to see my alien kitty!! Love this shop 10/10 recommend

I've ordered from this small shop many times and I'm always pleased with the care that goes into the quality of the product and packaging. Even the packaging is cute! Wait times are as expected and the owner gives many updates and is easy to contact.

I have been extremely satisfied every time I purchase from NattyCat. All of her products are of high quality, and it is evident she cares so much about her customers and her art. With my most recent purchase, I have started to grow a little corner of NattyCat pins specifically because they’re just too good! The owner herself always ships things as timely as her health and personal life will allow, but I’ve never waited longer than two weeks for shipping. As a small business with limited resources and classic USPS delivery methods, she knocks it out of the park and makes sure her customers end up satisfied with their purchases and products.

I have been buying things from NattyCat since 2020 (bags, pins, stickers, lanyard) and even though it’s a wide variety of items the quality it always really good. Sure, sometime there might be delays in shipping due to USPS, but everything has always been worth it. I highly recommend, and will buy again.
