Received my package in a timely manner and was happy with the product! Her pins are gorgeous and they definitely have a touch of her personality. 100% will order again.

I emailed Nattycat about a new product (drawstring/crossbody bag) that I had just purchased. Knowing that she has about 1–2-week processing and shipping time, I asked if she could get it sent out as soon as possible, as I wanted to use it for an upcoming convention. She got back to me within 3 days, and she assured me that she would get it out within the next couple of days. To her word, I got the tracking information about pre-shipment that night. After about a week, I followed up with her, because the tracking was still showing as pre-shipment. She assured me that she was going to track the package down as she had already dropped it off at USPS for shipping. She kept me updated the entire time. Unfortunately, the bag didn't show up on time (it was an extremely short time crunch to begin with, so I don't hold that against her), but I appreciate her taking her personal time to look for the package and keeping me updated without me needing to keep following up. I 100% will always recommend this little shop to my friends. Her products and customer service are all of the best quality!

I absolutely love the quality of everything I’ve received and it always comes in a reasonable time frame, if I ever had an issue(which is very rare for myself personally!) she fixed it for me asap! Natty is one of the BEST small businesses I've ever supported, and I always go to her shop whenever I need fun or cute christmas/birthday gifts! Shre goes above and beyond for all of her customers, and even when a karen posts a terrible review, she takes it in stride. I've ordered from her MULTIPLE times as well as backed her Kickstarters and Patreon, and I never have an issue with my order, nor have I ever been disappointed with the quality of her products. Please shop with Natty this Christmas, and remember that small shops are not Amazon 💞

The woman who owns this business runs things as if she is a child in charge of a pretend store. I’ve ordered multiple times and she consistently takes 2+ weeks to ship- much longer than the expected shipping timeframe listed on the website. Last time I ordered, it had been nearly 3 weeks since the ship date, and the tracking provided still stated that the USPS was awaiting the item. I contacted NattyCat and got a response that the package had been shipped more than a week prior. I was told to wait a few more days and that if I didn’t receive it, to reach out and it would be resent. I of course never received it, so I reached out to ask for a refund. After 5 days of no response from the business, I filed a claim with PayPal and received a refund. Do not recommend - it’s clear this business and its customer service (or lack thereof) is a complete joke to the owner.
