NattyCatReviews of nattycat.net

I’ve purchased from this creator a few times for both myself and friends. I bought ALL of her my hero pins, lanyards, ect that I could and have them all on display! 🧡 I gifted a friend all of her MCR stuff and they went FERAL for it. I just recently joined her pin club and I look forward to my first monthly order :3 I’m in Florida and I tend to get my order within 1-2 weeks of purchase! Very much worth the wait for the quality you get!!!

NattyCat is one of the best small businesses you can shop from. The cutest stuff, great customer service (I give Toshi 20/10 for support) pretty standard shipping times, very transparent in response/processing times and addresses any issues or delays publicly on many platforms.

I have ordered from the shop multiple times and have never had an issue. The owner provides amazing customer service and a high quality product. Please keep in mind that small business owners have no control over USPS but the shop owner will do everything to make sure you get your product or a refund.

This review is about my overall experience with this shop as I have ordered from them soooo many times. I have ordered so many different types of products and any time I had an issue it was addressed and fixed. Enamel pins - NattyCat enamel pins are such great quality and so freaking cute. I own over 10 and was even a part of the pattern club for quite awhile. I’ve never had an issue with the pin quality. I love that this shop puts multiple backings on bigger pins. Microfiber towels - I own 3 microfiber towels from this shop and let me tell you I love them so much. The quality is great, they are so soft, they fold down pretty small for traveling without taking up half my suitcase like most and they dry so fast. Everyday bag - I own this bad boy in 2 colors and it’s my go to literal everyday bag. The quality is so nice and the design is so unique. I constantly get compliments on it and asked where I got it from. I’ve never had an issue with the time it takes to ship out my package. It’s always sent out in a timely manner. Customer service is 12/10. She takes a few days to respond - which is communicated, but when she replies in that timeframe she is thoughtful and efficient. If I am missing an item, it’s shipped out immediately, if an item was damaged, it was replaced immediately. I love this shop and I come back for a reason.

I've bought a few things from this business, both from her website and from kickstarter. The most recent thing i bought was the Alien Kitty Squish Friend! She always makes sure to give the most information and if I've had any questions about shipping she gets back to me as soon as she can (because she's human running a small business!!!) I've never had a bad experience with her and I can't wait to see what she comes out with next!

I am a frequent customer of Natty and her products are out of this world! (pun intended 👽) They are unique, well made, and her bags and wallets are so practical. I’ve also had experience using customer service and Natty always responds to my inquiries within a few business days. She has been such a pleasure to work with and super sweet when answering emails. When I backed Natty’s kickstarter projects, she always has frequent updates for the backers. The packaging is cute and secure. If you’re looking for cute, practical statement pieces I definitely recommend Nattycat!

I recently purchased one of the giant angry alien kitties from this shop that was placed on a preorder and I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. The owner promptly answered my questions/concerns through the shop's Instagram DMs. I'm always a little worried when ordering preorders from small shops due to delays and cancellations, but the item came when expected, if not earlier. Shipping times aren't really up to the shop though as it depends on the carrier, but I thought I should mention it anyway. I'm really glad I decided to order from here. The owner seems like they genuinely care not only about their product but also about their customers. The product was fantastic too. Kitty is super soft with sturdy construction.

I've ordered multiple items from this shop and never had any issues. Everything has been of great quality for the prices and I always get so many compliments. The owner seems very sweet, mature, and genuinely concerned about her customers and their experience. Eagerly awaiting my next package while keeping in mind that it's challenging to be a small businesses owner and that not everything is their fault.
