They have all been durable and high quality products that earn me a lot of compliments. It is clear to see that there is a lot of love in this business. During the kickstarters I’ve been involved with, Natty has gone above and beyond to send out newsletters highlighting the process of making the bags, shipping information, and progress. When a small business owner loves their company and customers, it is evident in everything they do. Her love for her business is seen in every product! I love NattyCat ♡

Natty is one of the most caring small business owners on the planet. She constantly takes customer feedback to improve her product offerings and processes regarding communications, order fulfillment, and more. I have been part of her Patreon off and on and her shipping timelines always surprised me for being so quick and consistent. Natty also goes above and beyond for her customers- she knew that my beloved dog passed away and kindly drew a memorial to him for me to remember him by. Big box retailers can’t beat the care, love, and thoughtfulness small businesses like NattyCat exemplify daily.

I have ordered at least 6 times from this shop and will continue to do so! Everything that has arrived has been perfect. I have purchased 3 bags, a towel, stickers, lanyards, and so many pins- all adorable and amazing quality. The only issues I have had is my order missing one pin during a busy holiday sale weekend the owner responded quickly to my email and sent me the missing pin! Customer service with the owner has always been a great experience for me both through her website and Kickstarter. Highly recommend supporting this shop!

I have bought a few things from Natty and I'm such a huge fan. I have to say my favorite purchases from her are her bags. I have the black coffin bag and the pink mini moon bag. They're so well made and beyond cute. Great products and even better customer service. Highly recommend

NattyCat's shop is one of the cutest and most creative places to buy enamel pins, plushies, and unique anime merch. She's an artist, so she designs her own products! I've been a customer of Natty's for almost a year now and I've never had a -single- negative experience. Product quality, shipping and customer service have been impeccable, and NattyCat herself is one of the kindest, most patient small business owners I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with (we've exchanged a few emails personally, and she's gone above and beyond to help me).
