I purchased 2 products for clearing mucus. I spoke to a representative and they provided me with information about the product. unfortunately, the product did not help me. I was able to return the product and get a refund. I would recommend this company and will definitely purchase again in the future

Bought product, paid for it then they started charging my card $14.95 a month for two months. They did refund $14.95 but not the second $14.95 on my card. Not impressed as they did not get my permission for the 2 charges. Just thankful I caught it in time.

I needed the mucus control ASAP for my father and paid A LOT for the overnight shipping. I NEVER received the order at all. Even though I didn't speak with anyone directly but went through the automated system, I received an immediate refund on the expedited service fee. Also, within a few more days, I got the refund on the order. While this portion on the experience was attentive and expedient, I would have preferred to have gotten the order.

Payed extra for priority shipping still received it 6 weeks later. I know the post office is extra screwed up now but if your going to be payed for it shouldn’t make sure it goes with a carrier that can get to the customer in a reasonable time?
