My cat Aiden who’s three was diagnosed with epilepsy last year in March. Aiden takes the medicine and it’s preventing him from having seizure just have to figure out how to transport him to vet so he doesn’t have seizure in vet office during dental procedure. Your guys customer service department is a hit and miss with nice employees. But love the medicine.

Packaged well, received in a timely manner and most important, these products work!

We are using many Native Remedies products (Inflame Dr., Inflame Go, Focus Adult, triple complex brain tonic, bladder well, UTI clear and Triple complex UTI tonic) for my parents and in-laws. They are 75-90 years old. They work very good for them for their routine everyday pain, urinary, focus and stress related issues. We don't prefer to give harsh chemical medicines for them, as they have side effects. My rating for native remedies is 4 star based on recent increase in the price for many medicines and slightly lower dose of medicine in recent purchases, otherwise I might have given 5 stars. My mother used to take daily 2 Inflame Dr capsules before to feel better, now she has to take 3 capsules per day to get equal benefit. This might be because her pain might have increased or the loading medicine in capsule lowered. I don't know for sure. We are using since 2016, and happy with the way they are working. My suggestion: Please keep the ingredients same without lowering their doses and try to keep the price affordable, so that many lower income people can afford, live healthy and benefit with them. purchased respo-k for my felines sneezing, occasional coughing, and stuffy nose basicly mild fcv, reviews from pet owners who used it were very favorable, however my furry girl did not respond after administering over a 3 week period. was sad about the result. however, the response to questions, and customer support from pets alive was always friendly, caring, and immediate. including my return, and credit.I am considering possible other product. customer service and commitment are a very rare commodity today, and also plays an important part. dottie had a listening ear, and gracious.

Bought thyroid support, calming and anxiety drops, and a few others. Going back to try additional products. I feel much better than I have in years.

I would give u 5 stars because ur customer service is so good - but u don’t send timely reminders of upcoming autoship orders. Twice I have had unneeded & unwanted remedies show up …. & then had to struggle to cover the unexpected cost.

I haven't used all of the product, but I've been using it and does not seem to have made any difference in my tinnitus. Once I finish all of the product, I'll report back.
