i purchased a number of times from this company over the years. the last time they sent an offer via email, i purchased product from this email. problem was that they did not explain how to take advantage of the offer and i wound up buying but did not receive the "third free if buy two" offer. i immediately contacted them to explain what happened, thinking they could just send the extra bottle since that was the offer and i had just placed it. story cut short...they would not help me AT ALL! they could have done the right thing and simply sent me the 3rd bottle. after a number of emails, trying to reason with them, not only could i tell they weren't even reading my emails, but they ignored me. i will never buy from this company again. EDIT: in reply to the company's response. you absolutely did NOT tell me to return my order and redo it to get the offer. i have all the emails! if you had simply said that, it would not have been a problem. as for you not "sending out free product", i don't know how you arrive at that, since the offer was for one free bottle that i did not get.

We bought the C-Caps to help our dog who has bladder cancer. The initial results were good, not active and appeared to be fine. About 60 days in he developed itching and red spots so we had to take him off the product.

Your online ordering system is crap. I mistakenly ordered the auto-renewal and, when I called your customer service, they told there was no order. But then I got an email saying my auto-renewal was being shipped. In my next call to customer service, the rep said they have no way of accessing information about auto-renewal, it's a separate thing. She was not helpful or sympathetic, just kept saying she couldn't do anything. Finally I figured it out online to cancel my subscription. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never buy anything from your company again.

I LOVE Native Remedies. I have purchased many products through PetAlive.com. The most effective and easy to administer being the ProsPet Drops. They have a generous one year return policy with receipt which is easily obtained in your shipping history. I did have a problem with needing to return a product and having to pay for the return. I once had an auto-ship I thought I had canceled. The easy solution was to return without opening. The customer service you speak or write with are very easy to work on your issue with. They were sympathetic regarding the death of my pet. (His death was not related to giving any of their products.) Bottom line is that I highly recommend them if you want to try homeopathic remedies.
