The medication for my cat is great …
The medication for my cat is great however, the USPS shipping the company uses to get it to us is terrible. Took over a week to get the meds and the tracking was never available until the day of delivery. I order a ton of things from the internet. I can't fathom why a company would still use USPS ground when every other website can get things to your front door in 2 days.

Hi Heather! Your feedback is appreciated and we will pass it on. We do ship USPS for regular shipping, however, there are upgrades in shipping available if you need a product faster. I have used Native Remedies products for myself, children, husband and pets.
I have used Native Remedies products for years and LOVE IT. The remedies are of top quality and are totally safe and effective. However recently the shipping methods are below par. I used to get my orders within a week (I live in Hawaii) in the past, but lately their shipping method has changed and the wait time has doubled, tripled in one occasion. My order gets shipped out of Native Remedies within days via UPS, which is awesome. But then the package is transferred to USPS, and the shipping is stalled for weeks! In the past we'd get out packages either directly from UPS all the way, or using flat rate boxes from USPS from the start. I hope Native Remedies will reevaluate their new shipping methods to Hawaii. For this reason, the two-star rating is a pure reflection of the shipping service.

Hey Lorilei, I am sorry to hear about your experience. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico take 3-4 weeks to arrive. We do not have a way to get packages to you within a week. Thanks, Carrie P.

I believe it works
I believe that this holistic pet medicine is working and without the side of of medicine that a regular veterinarian prescribes with side effects.

I have just made my second purchase for …
I have just made my second purchase for Cushex S and Cushex M drops for my dog. He was showing many signs of having Cushings Disease, and within a couple of weeks of starting my dog on Cushex, we started seeing wonderful results. My dog has so much more energy and life to him. At 14 years old, he has started chasing our younger dog around the house. He is much calmer, and has started sleeping through the night, which has benefited the entire household. I would highly recommend this company. They make ordering easy, and they keep you informed on the status of your order. I will certainly continue using them.
