My only complaint is that they are retiring the product I use (AmazaPet Spray), which seems crazy to me because it seems like it would be a very popular item.

This product is AMAZING and then some!! I actually am not embarrassed to go out in public and hang out with friends cos I'm not a sweat bomb! The confidence this product has given me is outstanding! I will be a lifelong customer.

Poor rating for customer service and shipping methods
I have ordered from Pet Alive (a subsidiary of Native Remedies) and while I find the pet products to be fairly effective, I am not happy with the customer service. They are very slow to respond to emails, and their shipping method is slow. I paid quite a lot for "regular" shipping for two small, light weight items which took TWO WEEKS to arrive!
