I bought (received) TinnaRex from Native Remedies about two weeks ago. I have not noticed any difference in my tinnitis as yet but I did not expect the treatment to make much difference so soon. However, I should notice a difference in a few more weeks. Their service is fine.

Wanted to take off a repeat order and could not find out how to. Realized that my bank card had expired so I rested easy only they dispatched it anyhow and have sent me a bill.... I have 2 bottles still not touched in my cupboard. To return will cost me $7 which seems unreasonable. Not very happy. Went on line again and cancelled everything.

Hey Louise, I am sorry to hear about your experience. We actually do not have a $7 label to send the items back, we share an invoice with all of our brands who do have a $7 label. Since all of our items are so small, it should only cost you a small fee to send it back with the post office. Thanks, Carrie P.
