Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience of the several products dropped that you will miss. There were many different aspects considered when making the decision of which remedies were discontinued. The new Federal tax law has been an issue for a lot of individuals. I do see that the unpaid balance that occurred has been paid on the order. There is the possibility that the notice you recently received may have been a timing issue and created shortly before this payment occurred and went out.
