Though I think you are very good and certainly like your products, you are not as good as you were when you were in Florida. Some times, though not recently, employees with attitude and lacking product skills. Packaging is nowhere near as good as it was from Florida. I understand the need to package protectively, but I have cut myself slicing thru some of the packaging. I've been with you a long time, but you are not as good as you were with the previous principals.
