The delivery guy accidentally left my medicine in the sun on a 95 degree day and the medication got hot. I was able to text their help number to ask if the medication was still ok to take. Bob helped me in getting my medication re shipped at no extra cost. Thank you so much!

Cheryl has answered my questions and worked with me on my future deliveries agreeing to ship overnight to my South Florida location due to our extreme heat. I appreciate her concern and understanding.

So very helpful. Elwin was the name and they even provided what pharmacist told them. He did not make me feel bad about asking any questions. Customer service is the best I have had in years. This employee is definitely not someone you find these days. Thank him for the great service and kindness.
