The response time was very very quick. I had just basically sent the email over and left a voicemail and within three minutes novah call me back. I have never had a response back from any company that fast. She was very very helpful and she also took care of everything on her end that I didn’t have to do anything except for say yes this is what I want. And this is why I continue to buy from this company/business.

I had genuine concerns about my order and your representative Cheryl answered all my questions promptly and set my mind at ease. Thank you for the opportunity to relay my appreciation.

Josh was amazing. He helped me with my questions regarding that dosages. I was extremely happy with the response and all my answers questions were answered.

Maggy provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was kind, professional, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. She took my concerns seriously, communicated clearly, and made what could have been a frustrating situation feel easy and stress-free. This was the first issue I’ve ever had with my medication, and thanks to Maggy’s support, it was resolved quickly and professionally. She went above and beyond to make sure I was informed every step of the way, and I truly felt cared for as a patient. Thank you, Maggy, for your patience, kindness, and outstanding support. You made a huge difference, and I sincerely appreciate everything you did!
