I had an outstanding experience with Native Med's customer support, Maggy! Before placing my order, I had several questions about pricing and the different plans they offered. Maggy responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and helped me find a $75 discount when the website wasn't applying the new customer pricing correctly. Throughout the conversation Maggy was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a good experience. Communication was much better than what I've experienced with other providers, and Maggy made the ordering process simple and stress-free. If the medication arrives cold and is the same high quality I've received in the past, I fully expect to be a long-term customer. Excellent customer service goes a long way, and Native Med definitely earned my trust. Highly recommended.
