I just dealt with Maria in customer service with some follow up questions on changing plans and she was awesome. Every experience I've had with this company has been positive.

Maria helped me with cancelling my account since I am going to be trying for a baby soon and needed to stop all medications. She answered me back almost immediately AND on a Sunday. I forgot to cancel entirely so I was so worried about receiving a charge for something I could not use. She cancelled my account for me and assured me I would not be charged. This is a great company who is not just here to take your money. They really value customer satisfaction. I have dealt with other companies similar to this & NativeMed is by far the best! :)
