I have been with NativeMed for 6 months and it’s been nothing but a pleasure. Today working with Elise, I was about to change my current plan over to a new promotional plan that is saving me $40 a month on Tirzepatide. O have never had an issue with shipping, questions, or the product. If there was a concern, it was addressed immediately and their customer service team is stellar. I can’t recommend NativeMed enough. It’s scary for an individual to shell out hundreds or thousands of dollars on medication, and to do it with blind trust. However, this extreme leap into the unknown came with the softest landing and now my future is completely mapped out. In my six months, I have lost 65lbs and I’m looking forward to continuing my journey to maybe another 40! Thank you NativeMed and Elise

Honestly, since the very beginning, the people at nativemed have been amazing. From the pricing to the delivery to the quality of the medication to the quality of the Customer Service I’ve been truly very very impressed. I actually asked to take this survey because my last interaction with a Customer Service agent named Elise was over and above my expectations. I really appreciate how quickly they get back with you and how eager they really seem to be to help you hit your goals. I’m truly only doing this review because I want people to be able to trust reliable companies with reliable service. I’m a real person and I’m not getting paid even one penny for this review. I actually asked to take this survey because my conversation with Elise was so truly helpful
