I had some Questions regarding billing and Carlo checked my account and answered my concerns, great customer service, thank you again.

The customer service is really great. I talked to Carlo and they're very responsive and make things very easy. I was nervous going with Native med originally, but after having either with them for about three months now, I am very glad I did! I'm losing weight, they have great support, reasonable prices, great app to keep things organized.

Okay let me tell you a little bit. I have been overweight my whole adult life. I had chronic knee and hip pain. I also had severe sleep apnea and struggled to take the weight off, like so many of us. I had fought with my insurance company for three years to pay for weight loss medication, and I had lost the battle many times. I cried many tears because I thought the weight was to be my demise. I looked for a long time to find a company with medication that I could afford and trust. Then I found Native Med. I texted with someone from the company many, many times. I am sure I drove this person crazy with all the questions before I pulled the pin to sign up. Well, I decided to do that on December 15, 2026. Today is August 26, 2026, and I am so very happy to say I am down 54 pounds with no more chronic pain from my knees or hip and no more sleep apnea. I truly cannot thank this company more. I am so grateful to them. For Giving me a much better life now, I am free to do so much more. I hope to be around a long time for my husband, children, and grandbabies. Thank you, Native Med, and thank you for always being there to answer any questions I have had for you. Thank, thank, thank you again.
