I was offered $15 to provide a review, so here are my thoughts so far: I requested a detailed receipt, and it took approximately 12 days to receive it. Prior to my telehealth appointment, I was given a price list, but there was an unexpected $50 fee added on top of what was listed. This contradicts the “no hidden fees” claim advertised on your website. I received my 3-month supply, but one of the vials was set to expire before the end of the 3 months. When I expressed my concerns, the representative assured me it was fine, but did give me the option of returning the vial and getting a replacement. Customer Service response time is excellent. I will update with my weight loss after I go through the 3 months.

I started on native med with semiglutide in April and gave myself the prescribed dose every week for 2 months Even went to Drs to have her show me how to inject myself. I started after 5 weeks with bumps on my head and back had a biopsy done and I have atopic excema. I’m now being treated every 2 weeks with a special compound of Dupixent and a steroid shot to help with itching. I’ve truly never had skin issues in fact people ask how does my skin look so smooth and young, hardly ever a pimple. I would rather be 50 lbs overweight than have this horrible rash and itch. I did loose 20 lbs but it’s not worth this.
