Horrible experience medication did nothing did not suppress food cravings as the previous provider that I had did work. Lost 0 pounds in three months on their medication and yet the previous provider with supposedly the same medication I lost 25 pounds. They got my 540 bucks. I recommend you pick a different provider I had to change this review because Trustpilot wouldn't allow me to leave a negative review with my true opinion!

Switched over from Vitastir this is my first month with this company. They continued my dosage no problem, but my medication was stolen via UPS on the first delivery. Native made it correct immediately and sent me a follow-up shipment which I received today. I will be up back to update if it has the same effectiveness as the other company.

I am very happy with NativeMed. No issues with the meds. They are working. I am down 23lbs so far. My review is for their excellent customer service. I had an issue with my payment method and received an automatic message letting me know of this. I had a question regarding the next prescription schedule (I am on a quarterly plan). I sent a message to support and it says they are not available until Monday. However, I got a call. Maria responded to the message and also called me back. She verified everything was OK. Sent me my tracking number. I was able to adjust my schedule for the next quarter payment. I am glad I was able to talk to someone right away and have peace of mind that my concerns were addressed right away. Thank you so much Native and Maria!
