I reached out to Customer Support after receiving my 2nd shipment. I wasn’t sure about the dosing as it changes every 4 weeks at this point. Maria responded and was very helpful and thorough. She requested the dosage structure from the Doctor and made sure I understood what I needed to do and that I didn’t have any more questions. Cheryl was very, knowledgeable, kind, patient and helpful. Meds working perfectly, losing the weight went from 236 now down to 193 with goal weight being 145, almost there. There was a slight issue with the delivery timeframe but it was resolved adequately and because of the situation, Native meds offered a discount on the next med delivery. Can't say enough about NativeMed. Their customer service calls back within 2 minutes, the chat sessions are answered even on weekends. Price is great and the customer portal is very impressive.

I just switched from remedy meds to NativeMed mainly because of the cost. Remedy meds had been good but my weight loss stalled after 5 months. I experienced issues trying to initially log into the Nativmed portal but the customer service staff was incredible! Other than that.. which was probably my fault, the sign up was seamless… we shall see when I receive my Tirzepatide…

Nativemed is a reputable company. There are no hidden fees. They are in constant contact with you. I am going on vacation next week. My shipment was supposed to arrive while I was away. Cheryl (customer representative), assured me that we could postpone the shipping until I get home. She was wonderful. She got back to me quickly and solved the problem. Just started my journey with NativeMed today and the whole process has been super smooth. The customer service was very thorough and answered any questions or concerns I had. Maria was quick to help resolve an issue I was having with my online profile.

Nativemed has been great with my GLP 1. I was with another company that wanted to raise the price with an increased dose, after a lot of research and talking to others I decided to go with NativeMed and am quite happy with this decision. My medication is on type and accurate. When I had need of customer service Cheryl was a huge help, she was great! She also followed up with me to make sure that everything continued to go well.
