They're fine, although their business model is very automated without much flexibility. Doctor addressed concerns, Rx came quickly from pharmacy. The support staff are real, not bots, and very helpful. Maria was especially helpful today and answered my list of questions. One warning, I ordered three months of medication at once, and they advertise that all dosages are the same price. However, after my first dose (I moved over from another provider so was already on a maintenance dose) we decided I should increase the dosage. They were unable to send another Rx for the increased amount to carry me through the next three months. I have to just increase from the quantity I have here, and run out a lot sooner than three months. 50% sooner. Then I need to start an entirely new intake for the new dosage and place a new order. That's what I mean about lack of flexibility. But otherwise I'm happy with them.

I was having difficulty with the website. Cheryl called me and was extremely helpful. Hopefully delivery will be as efficient.
