Cheryl was extremely helpful, I was with another on line company prior to this and was not satisfied so it was so refreshing to have Cheryl be so helpful, and so responsive you did not wait days to get an email she got back to me within the hour.

I had an issue with editing a date on my most recent shot. Maria assisted me with getting this corrected and explained what the issue was, so I now know how to fix it if I have the same issue in the future.

Well priced, I didn’t go for cheapest because I wanted to be able to reach back if possible. Very helpful staff, spoke with Novah today as I need more syringes. Not pushy, this is my second company I have used, and I am happy with the product.

Maria has made this experience very easy and quick to navigate through i haven't had no shipping issues they answer every question asked the shots are working great I've lost a significant amount of weight very happy pricing is the best by far

Maria was very helpful in fixing some RX dose issues that i created - she quickly called and took care of issues - thank you for your quick help!

I have had wonderful customer service from the start. The physician addressed my concerns and when I ran into a system glitch Carlo immediately remedied it for me. Great service all around.

I been with NaviveMed off and on now for a couple years now and every time I had questions, concerns they been there to help me out. Makes my weight problem much easier to handle. I switched once to another comp but after that experience I came back to NavtiveMed I will not make that mistake again. Thanks you for really caring, and listening to me.

Great customer service always answered my many questions and were patient with me
