I love Native med, their customer service is great! I contacted Elwin to increase my dose, he put an urgent request to Dr for approval and notified their pharmacy so my meds get shipped today. He is very helpful, the only complaint I have is the customer service is offline sometimes so you have to wait few hours for their response, other than that they are awesome.

Elwin (Support) has been super helpful and responsive with all of my questions. I have reached out several times and always get a response within a reasonable time.

I bought 6 months worth of medication which they send out 3 months at a time. To get the second 3 months, I needed to fill out another form and every time I filled it out, at the end it asked me for more money before it would allow me to continue to getting it sent. Maria tried to fix it. She actually ended up ordering it for me, which I was grateful for. four stars for ****MARIA**** Negative 1 star because I am a sceptic and think companies do this kind of thing on purpose hoping you will just forget you already paid $1000! LOL! Most of us remember! 😉

Started on a 3 month plan and with such good results they helped me switch to the 6 month plan nice and easy. Definitely recommend this company and their product.
