Rocel from the customer support team of NativeMed has extremely kind, supportive, and responsive to all my questions day and night and even on the weekends. Rocel guided me throughout the entire process from start to finish as I was transitioning from a different company. 5 stars for Rocel!!! NativeMed approved my titration plan without any issues so I was able to continue right where I left off. My advice - be very specific with details in what you are looking for in your medical intake note to the doctor. I completed my questionnaire intake on April 10, prescriptions approved about 24hours later on April 11 and sent to the pharmacy. They use VialsRx which is in Texas. The pharmacy took a few days to fill my order but my 3month supply was delivered by April 16 without any significant delays. NativeMed uses UPS 2-day shipping. Vials arrived within the appropriate temperature range. The only hiccup I had was not receiving enough syringes for split dosing administration which is understandable. The medication is written to administer once per week and I did receive enough syringes for once per week administration. However, the previous company I was using gave me the choice for once per week injection or twice per week injection splitting the weekly dose in half. I found that using the split dose method helped not give me side effects and I don't lose efficacy of the medication waiting a full week before my next dose. I wanted to continue split dosing but NativeMed does not offer this option, hence why I received enough syringes for only weekly administration. I'll try to get some more syringes from the drug store or Amazon but NativeMed did not approve additional syringes for split dosing when requested. 4 stars for NativeMed. Other than that I had no issues.
