Experience overall is a 5 especially with the help from Rocel.

Just started the process with Native Med and couldn't be happier! Rocel was great in helping with any questions I had in getting my order processed she was quick to respond and polite. Then when there was a dose error (my fault), Carlo in the support team, was very quick in rectifing it and keeping me posted along the way. The whole process so far has been a breeze and the pricing is phenomenal! I hope the products work just the same!

Im week 5 into my shots with Native med and so far a great experience all around. Elwin was really helpful when I reached out with questions. I definitely recommend them.

The company is a good company but the website is very confusing! When I have issues I text Elwin and he is always helpful and usually responds within an hour of my text. He’s faster than the chat on the website. I would have given them 5 stars but the website. It needs to be more user friendly. It’s really hard to find categories. Also an email needs to be sent to let people know they need to do a check in so that they can get their meds.

Cheryl was wonderful with me and so helpful. I went to order my med and they stem was giving me a hard time. She guided me more than once and let me know that I had now filled things out correctly. She will also be tracking my most recent order and happy to help if I have questions or concerns. Luann Manderville
