NativeMedReviews of nativemed.net

NativeMed is a terrific company. This will be my 2nd order & I order 3 month supply. I love they do payment plans & the customer service has been absolutely awesome! Rocel who helped me with my orders has been so great! I cant say enough about the awesome customer service, professionalism & quick handling of what I needed & making sure what I wanted was sent. Thank you so much Rocel!

I am new to Nativemed. I switched from another provider and so far and I am very happy. I took my first injection yesterday and today I wanted to change my subscription from monthly to 3 month. Noah was awesome. She sent me a text message asking if I had any questions and I asked her about changing the subscription and she took care of everything for me right away and sent me an email confirmation. I am so impressed and feel like I've made a new friend. I am so happy I made the switch to Nativemed. Excellent service so far!

Beginning with my very first questions, Novah has been amazing. He has followed up on any concerns, and he has made this “journey” so easy! I am thrilled with the results of the meds and with Novah’s knowledge and support.

Maggy from support was exceptionally helpful and got my portal issues cleared up quickly. This company is by far the best around.

Oh my goodness! I’ve been on medication for quite some time now, and without a doubt, NativeMed and Rocel have provided the best pricing, support, and overall experience. The support team at Rocel is exceptional and guarantees that you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase.

I emailed on a Monday night, and Cheryl emailed.me back right away. She answered all my questions.

So far so good. I ordered and it arrived quickly and it was still cold. The customer service is very responsive. I am only in my first few days but great so far.

Fast, friendly, affordable. Great experience. I haven’t received my product yet, but it should be here in a few days.
