Cheryl is great! Answers immediately. I am wanting to go up in small dosages. She sent me a chart that answered every question I had. It was so helpful. They don't force you to go up if you don't want to which is so important to me. Great company.

This company does not check previous prescriptions and will just send anything to anyone as long as they get their money. That is all they care about. Ive been on the highest does for the past 4 months and they sent me a lower does based off a survey which was clearly a mistake. I did a reorder not a new patient order. I noticed the prescription was wrong immediately and sent a message to the support and the doctor. They ignored it and send me the lesser dose. And now refuse to correct it because the survey said I was on a different dose. Should you look at the existing patients history rather than the survey that is filled out by the patient. Or at least make it right. It’s basic customer service and you can see my history. It’s basically a waste of the medication because at the lesser dose will not do anything for my goals
