I just placed my second order, but I was a little confused about my dosing. I sent a message, and Novah responded and was very helpful with my dose and in expediting my order.

Novah was quick to respond and help with answering my questions and getting me the information I needed.

I’ve had no issues at all with NativeMed. My medication always arrives on schedule and cold. The customer service and support is awesome, I worked with Novah tonight on renewing my membership and it was so easy - my meds are already ordered and will be here next week. Highly recommend!
