NativeMed itself is "5" Star regarding customer service, I have no complaints. The low rating is because NativeMed continues to want to use VialsRX,, Tomball, TX as their pharmacy. I am not sure what VialsRX is shipping, but the tirzepatide is ineffective. I went to NativeMed because of cost, but I ended up wasting $549 (3 months worth) because the medication from VialsRX does nothing to curb appetite or cravings as my previous pharmacy did. I think it is a little bit of "you get what you pay for".

I contacted to have my shipment sent out a week sooner as I didn’t want to go without. My message was addressed promptly by Maggy and the request was handled immediately which made it stress free and smooth. I truly appreciate her professionalism and assistance,

Can I please say I Love this company I started on 12/15/2025 and today is 5/28/2026 I am down 33.5 lbs i had so many questions for the staf I am sure they are sick of hearing from me but they were very prompt to answering all of my questions I will stay with this company forever and I dont know if this will help anyone one but I used to love to drink alcahol a lot and that noise was as loud as the food noise and I have not wanted to drink at all and both food noise and drinking noise is gone Big Thank you to this company and the staff can't say enough GOOD about this company

Customer service is great. Josh helped me recently get copies of receipts for FSA reimbursement. I appreciate how quickly my concerns are taken care of.
