They failed to disclose until after purchase that they add vitamin B-12 to their semaglutide shots. I have an MTHFR variant and cannot use synthetic B-12, which I believe all injectables are in this form. When I asked for clarification, the customer service agent didn't answer me directly. I then said that I wanted to cancel my order. They did cancel and gave me a refund but they subtracted $25 for the "doctor fee". I never had a consultation with a doctor, I just got a scripted message that my prescription was approved and some basic instructions. I was not happy about having this fee deducted from my refund, especially since it was their fault they did not disclose the B12 before I ordered. I am looking for another company that doesn't put additives in their semaglutide shots. EDIT 6/8/26-- After reading my review, a representative from the company reached out to me to clarify that the FDA now requires an additive be added to all compounded Semaglutide. She offered me an alternative made with glycine along with a $25 account credit AND she also refunded the $25 doctor consult fee. At a time when good customer service is getting harder and harder to come by, this was a refreshing experience. I will definitely be ordering from them if/when I want to try a GLP-1 in the future.
