Kim was amazing! She took the time to listen to my issues, ask questions, and really dig deep to find a solution that worked best for me! She genuinely cared about me as a customer and that I was happy with my service and products. On top of that, she was available all weekend, which made it so much easier, she never rushed me, and she always answered my questions quickly. That kind of customer service is almost nonexistent these days. I truly appreciate Kim being willing to go far above and beyond to make sure I received what I needed and requested.

I had an issue with a delivery. Received notification that my shipment had been delivered, however, I did not receive it. I reached out to NativeMed on Thursday evening and received a response with explicit instructions early Friday morning. I recieved several updates throughout the day. The replacemnt shipment was approved and reprocessed on Saturday! I'm extremely happy with the clear communication, quick turn-around times and overall professionalism. This is an excellent example of outstanding customer support!

I’ve had a few experiences with Maria from NativeMed. She’s the absolute best. She usually responds within 5-10 minutes which is unheard of and always solves whatever issues or questions I may have. It’s an absolute pleasure working with Maria!
