I spoke with Natalee to help me with my order. For some reason, when I received the confirmation email from Nations Photo Lab, there was a black strip along the bottom of the Canvas print I ordered. Natalee was able to bring up the order and confirm there was no black strip on my print. I have bought many canvas prints from Nations Photo Lab because of the high quality of the prints. They look so nice on my wall and I get lots of complements on them.

Silvia, my service rep, reflects Nations Photo Lab's commitment to customer service, explaining the shipping policy with respect to my location (Hawaii) and offering whatever other help I might need. I particularly appreciate her asking whether my prints are time sensitive, which sometimes they are and sometimes not. When one has been, the company has worked to expedite it.

Nations Photo Lab has been in business for a very long time. I was their customer back when their business first started. I moved away for some years but have sinced returned to the area. I recently submitted some photography work and was again extremely satisfied with their printing. Brandon was amazing in customer support.
