Tara Smith was clear, direct and helpful and showed patient individual consideration for my problem. I will remain a customer, as this is typical of my experience with NPL

My print was damaged in shipping which was too bad because it was printed really well. Ricky Der was responsive and quickly remedied the situation by shipping a replacement. It looks like I will still have it in time for my gallery show! Thank you!

Nations Photo Lab has never disappointed. The quality of their prints is out-of-this worldly and their customer support is outstanding. My last print was damaged by the carrier but Allison, from customer support, quickly fixed that by arranging for a reprint to be reshipped. Thanks!

Soojin reached out to me after her attention to detail regarding a mistake she and her team caught with my order. Something I didn’t recognize. My order was placed on hold while she reached out via waiting for confirmation from me. The process was very impressive. I felt like an actual customer both times I’ve used this company and the attention to detail and excellence in service will keep me raving about the company.

I was having issues with the website trying to order a print. I reached out to see if the tech support at Nations Photo Lab could help, and received a response a couple of hours later. Natalee asked me some questions to help determine what the issue might be. I sent her screenshots of the website to show what was happening when I tried to edit a print. She and her team solved the issue within 24 hours, and I was still able to order photos in time to take advantage of the promotional sale. Thank you Natalee!
