Nathan James went above and beyond when one of my packages arrived broken. Not only did they send me a brand new one but they also had homemade chocolates delivered to my front door! Im truly impressed. Will definitely be shopping from them again

Ashley - thank you so much for the glowing review. It's always a bummer when transit isn't gentle on a package, but hearing we were able to turn things around for you makes us happy. We're so glad the replacement (and the sweet treat!) brought a smile to your day. We truly appreciate your support and can't wait to welcome you back the next time you're looking to upgrade your space! Taylor Nathan James Customer Experience

Ordered 4 chairs and 1 was defective with a cracked and chip. The customer service is 5 stars , they are amazing !!! Ordered another chair , came damaged and with glue all over it. Ordered another chair this time again with the glue. I decided to scrape the glue off and now have discolored spots, so Nathan james is sending me a touch up kit lol. They juat can't get it right , now I have 3 good chairs and 3 damaged , I dont need 2 extra chairs so I will keep the best one and donate the rest, this was just such a hassle. I would not buy their product again. Customer service , 5 stars, product and quality check zero stars.

Hi Genette - thanks for sharing this feedback, and we are so sorry for the headache. While we appreciate your kind words about our team, you shouldn't have needed to deal with multiple replacements just to get set up. Multiple defect issues like this are completely unacceptable to us, and we brought this straight to our Quality Control team to investigate that batch when this was reported. Thank you for your patience with our team through all of this, and for donating those extra chairs. Taylor Nathan James Customer Experience

Despite the unique and modern designs, one of my dressers arrived unuasable to to drawer problems. The company was nice enough to send a recplacement but that one arrived in even worse condition. None of the drawers will open all the way then have problems closing. Now I have 3 dressers that dont work and take up space...
Response from Nathan JamesAug 18, 2026
Hi Katherine - thanks for reaching out. We're glad you liked the overall style, but dealing with stiff, non-functional drawers is completely frustrating, and we're truly sorry for the hassle. Part of the challenge with this design was balancing crucial tip-over safety standards (like drawer-interlock mechanisms to keep the unit stable) with smooth functionality - and in this case, the glides fell short in the "easy experience" area. While our team issued partial refunds to assist on the financial side, we knew we needed to fix the root cause. Your feedback directly helped our design team re-engineer these safety systems, and we are launching upgraded, smooth-gliding dresser designs very soon. We really appreciate your patience and input! So far so good. I ordered shelving unit and dresser for my son’s room. The dresser is on back order which I knew When I ordered. My shelving arrived and fed ex lifted and threw it over my fence (didn’t ring our buzzer which we can track and let in from our phones) and this thing was heavy. The box broke and it was pouring rain when delivered. I called Customer service and they sent a new one no problem. My handyman put it together. Note this can be super Time consuming if someone is not handy or good at it like most furniture . It took us an hour but guessing most would take at least 2 plus hours. We have yet to receive our dresser but hoping it’s similar to the shelving (same line) and the quality seems decent Was more impressed by customer service

Hi Brooke - thank you for the 5 stars! We were horrified to hear about FedEx's "delivery method" over your fence but glad that our team made getting a replacement painless for you. Thanks for sharing that candid note on assembly time, too - that kind of insight is super valuable for future buyers. We really appreciate your support, and our team is always just an email away if you ever need anything! Taylor Nathan James Customer Experience
