Satisfied
The first time I was sent the wrong size so the correct size was shipped and lost or delivered to the wrong address. The 3rd time was a charm, I did receive them, they are the correct size and look to be of good quality. Semyon answered my emails promptly and stuck with it to make sure I was satisfied.

Poor quality product. Looks great initially
Purchased these black tire valve caps which initially looked great. They started to lose color a few months later. Decided to complain about it. I was told that they only have 6 month warranty. I said to them that it was too bad as I spent $30 and some including shipping:(. They came back offering 10% off. Why would I get something else from Natalex if the product only last a few months??

Great price point and excellent customer service
The customer service is great I recently had a question about where my order was and I had an immediate response from a team member and was very pleased with the response. Days later I received my order without problem. I will definitely order from this vendor again. Great prices as well.

best experience from a Chinese based company
Natalex had the metal DRT8 emblems I was looking for at an excellent price?I ordered them. they shipped from China. I ordered on Aug 17 and received on Aug 29. fast shipping to Washington from their Chinese source. quality was perfect. perfect addition to my Hemi 300. my 2 inquiries about shipping were promptly answered. one by email and the other by WhatsApp. I will by from them again. customer service polite and helpful. Great experience

I would give minus a zero stars to this…
I would give minus a zero stars to this company received my order after I was told it was shipped to Las Vegas and lost in the mail you can see the scratches underneath the Chrome terrible pot metal super cheap super thin the two-sided tape is paper thin the emblem is absolutely worthless I'm not putting it on a $50,000 Jeep i threw it in the trash came from China absolute junk
