I liked the content, but I really felt like the material was highly specialized and technical and could seriously benefit from a breakdown. The whole course need more visuals, more mnemonic devices and and really have teachers with extensive knowledge in how to break down very complex subjects into bite sized paedagogic elements that allow people with zero biological, psychological and chemical backgrounds to pick this up and apply it. The tests did cover important stuff, but a lot of the questions had very soecific and at times pointless questions with the tiniest nuance differences, which I truly don’t believe most clients would ask. I like the course a lot, I appreciate all the hard work that went into it, but I still feel like there is room for improvement :)

Some of the text was missing, I wished the quizzes connected more with the previous chapter concepts since the final was incorporating it all

I appreciate the well-structured courses, clear learning materials, and the opportunity to gain practical knowledge in fitness and sports science. NASM provides useful educational resources that help students develop their skills and better understand the principles of training and fitness. Overall, it has been a valuable learning experience.

As a busy mom with four kids and already working this was a great format. I really appreciate the learning style.

Great certification to have. I love the amount of varied classes they offer. NASM ONE is amazing and I’ve saved so much money utilizing that platform.

Truly some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. An NASM rep laughed at and threatened me over the phone regarding a name change request, while refusing to acknowledge the discrepancies in information candidates are given between NASM and their PSI testing center. At one point, I had an NASM rep arguing on the phone with a PSI rep because each party has a different understanding of the testing requirements. I had a separate PSI rep claim that the testing policy is "confidential." Go anywhere else for your certification.

The amount of knowledge they’ve packed into the three courses I’ve taken are so well crafted and explained, it’s the best money I’ve ever invested in myself and my future.

Easy to navigate the program with visual as well as audio options. Short quizzes and practice exams were very helpful.
