Very easy to learn

study materials were solid and i passed my cpt on the first try

I made a plan to become certified as a personal trainer. I researched the different organizations that have certification programs and decided on NASM as it seemed to be the most well respected. I passed the exam yesterday. The program was AWESOME and so thorough. It was much more challenging than I anticipated and that is a good thing! Very pleased!

The certification test was not presented in the same context as the material. It was almost like I was trying to be fooled or tricked. It felt like some of the questions were not in the material at all. I passed because I studied with the assistance of AI. I'm not sure how I would have done had I just used the NASM course.

The formatting of the course was so easy to comprehend and learn from!

Get certified by some other company. NASM is a scam! My virus scanner would not allow their “secure browser” for the exam to download. Was labeled absent for the test even though I was not absent. Customer service is an absolute joke, all the representatives are broken English Indians, who all go by Steve. They don’t want to help you diagnose the issue they just want you to pay a $50 absent fee. My computer passed all the pre checks and I took two proctored exams on the same laptop earlier this year for MSHAA and OSHAA, no issues. So the problem was definitely the shady ass “secure browser”. If you already purchased a course from nasm then do in person proctor, not online. Otherwise you’ll be dealing with one of the many Steve’s at customer service.
