I love this gadget! Was impressed with how easy it was to assemble, use, and clean. This has helped me breathe so much better and make my cpap more effective. This is a game changer for someone with both allergies and sleep apnea.

I just used my NasalfreshMD for the first time and I love it!! I previously had a Navage and when it quit I decided to give yours a try. It's so easy to use and no expensive pods to buy! Just wish I'd bought the bundle with the storage case! I will definitely recommend to my family and friends!

NasalFresh MD is a great machine. Very easy to use and their customer service is great. I had an issue with my original machine’s “trigger” button not working and they sent me out a new one really quick. The other machine I used to use broke I was quickly out of warranty and had to buy a new machine!

Excellent machine, light weight and can take it anywhere because it's battery powered. Has good vacuum and good pressure to rinse your sinuses also doesn't take up a lot of room. Has a 2 year warranty, I used this product for 3 months and I would purchase this product again.

NasalFresh has been a game changer for me! My sinuses were sometimes so blocked that Navage wouldn't work. With 3 power settings this problem vanished! Also, I could never tell when the batteries on Navage needed changing until I filled it up so then I had to drain it! I charge my NasalFresh once a week and I'm set for once a day, or more, during the upcoming week. My sinusitis, which I had every 2-3 months, is completed gone!!
